I don't know if I can help you or not since I don't understand Romanian that much. If you are asking whether there is a problem with the fax - I will check, but please make sure that the fax number is as follows:

Please specify "Eurolan" on the fax, and it is recommended that you send an email saying that you have sent the fax so that we can follow up the confirmation from our side.

My mistake... I should have write in English. Yes, this is the fax number and I have it from the e-mail confirmation. What is happening is that every time when I try to send the fax, the line is busy.
I will try again. Is it possible to scan the document and send it via EUROLAN's e-mail?

In general, it is best if you send these details by fax rather than by email, since most of the time our email inbox would be overloaded and sometimes emails get overlooked. But if you continue having problems with the fax number, then try by email. The contact details are found here:

I have been trying to send an email, but it has been bouncing.
I had applied for a grant while registering. I have a paper selected in the Doctoral Consortium. Could you let me know whether a decision regarding grants has been taken? Since there is not much time left before the Eurolan school starts, I will have to make arrangements, including getting a visa etc.
