So maybe we need to give you a taste of the fun side of participating in Eurolan! We want to organise a special cooking contest. Of course, most of us are not chefs, plus we intent to work hard all day. However, the idea is that we give our local traditional recipes to the chef, and with some help and direction from us, the chef will prepare our national dish. Each day, we can 'travel' to different countries by tasting some particular dish. Of course, after such meals, we will all voice our opinions and sentiments :)
So join the fun, and bring along some traditional recipes. If you want to check the availability of ingredients here, send us the recipe by email, and we will check in advance.
In the meantime, I'm looking for a delicious Maltese recipe to share with you all!

Hello to all "Taste it" candidates
We need to know your recipe in advance, because this way we can check the availability, and then buy all the ingredients you need for all the people coming to have the special dinner that you will cook. If some of the ingredients does not exist in Romania, we have two options: either you bring yourself this ingredient (if it is something that you can afford, like spices, for example), or you have to change the recipe.
Anyway.. post your recipe on the blog.. this way everybody can start thinking about your evening :)
And don't forget to bring also some of your traditional national music.. the evening will definitely be yours this way!
