Along with this food, we will also have some traditional Maltese Għana (music) to accompany us, and some other types of Maltese music. &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;How about you? Is there a recipe that is traditional in your country which you can bring with you to share with us? We want to organise a special cooking contest. Of course, most of us are not chefs, plus we intent to work hard all day. However, the idea is that we give our local traditional recipes to the chef, and with some help and direction from us, the chef will prepare our national dish. Each day, we can 'travel' to different countries by tasting some particular dish.  Of course, after such meals, we will all voice our opinions and sentiments :) &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So join the fun, and bring along some traditional recipes.
